From there, select “Create Agent Account” and fill in the required information, then submit your application. Please note that your request will remain pending until it is reviewed and approved by the administrator. Once approved, you will be able to upload details of the land you wish to list for sale. All submitted properties will undergo a screening and approval process before they are made visible to the public.

After logging into www.sam.ug, navigate to the left side of the dashboard. Under the “Exceptional Properties” section, you will find the “My Wish” option. Click on it and complete the form provided, then submit your request. Once submitted, our professionals will review your request and get back to you via a phone call or WhatsApp message.
